Information we collect

The app stores the address of the shop it is installed on and the panel settings the merchant enters in the app (sizes, colours, product links, appearance). We do not collect store customers' names, emails, addresses or payment details.

Customer designs

When a customer adds a design to the cart, the wall size and selected products are stored under a short design code. This record is not linked to any person.

How we use information

Information is used only to run the planner in the store. It is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Retention and deletion

Session data is deleted immediately when the app is uninstalled. All shop records are deleted when Shopify sends the shop redaction request (48 hours after uninstall).
